One Night Taco Stand first opened its doors in Mandarin in 2019. The goal was simple: to provide the city of Jacksonville with authentic Mexican street food, stiff margaritas, and a touch of a lucha libre ambiance. With the help of the entire “One Night family,” this small local business would soon become the #1 Mexican restaurant for fresh food, strong drinks, and high-quality service.

Our second location opened in Orange Park in 2020, and our third in Southside in 2022. All of our locations are independently owned and operated, therefore maintaining our local, family-oriented atmosphere. One Night Taco Stand continues to serve authentic Mexican cuisine, as well as a wide array of specialty cocktails.
